Your items are shipped by our fulfillment center and shipped through either ePacket, EMS, DHL, or USPS courier services, and will usually be shipped directly to you door or in some cases will be available for pickup at your local post office.
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
We cannot be held responsible for any import charges made by your country's customs. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay additional fees.
We are NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing any claims with their local post office.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled or changed within 6 hours. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately within 6 hours following payment.
Once your order is placed, we work with an automated fulfillment partner that begins packaging and preparation for shipment almost immediately. After 6 hours the packaging and shipping process has started and in most cases, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing). Please message us at email@example.com and we will attempt to expedite the order or accept a cancellation.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. Please send us a quick photo of the wrong item(s) you received to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you the correct product right away, free of charge.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns for unused items within 10 days of receipt. You must return the item(s) at your expense. Once we have received the item(s), we will issue a refund.
*You can submit refund requests within 10 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, please contact us first at email@example.com within 10 days of package receipt so we can get it sorted out for you. Please keep in mind you are liable for any decrease in the product's value resulting from the use of the product upon return back to our warehouse.
