Shipping & Tracking
Do you ship to my country and how much does it cost?
We are happy to announce we offer free worldwide shipping, regardless of your cart total.
However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in
one of those countries we will contact you.
Where can I track my order?
You can track your orders on our website here.
My tracking doesn’t work, what do I do?
Don’t worry, tracking information will usually show within 5 business days. If you are still not
able to track your order after this time, please contact us.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
Please do not worry, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages due to
logistical reasons. It is possible to receive your remaining item(s) several days (or in rare cases weeks) apart.
The tracking says “delivered” but I never got my product.
Please reach out to your local post office or neighbors to see if they have any packages under your name.
If your packaged was sent back to our warehouse, we will notify you by email immediately 🙂
Refunds & Exchanges
I want to cancel my order, what do I do?
All orders can be cancelled or changed within 6 hours. If your order has been paid and you need
to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately within 6 hours following payment.
I received a damaged item.
We are sorry to hear your product got damaged! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be asked to send more details, and we will arrange a replacement ASAP!
Can I get a discount if I place a big order?
Yes, we do have an offer for customers who place bigger orders. Send us at message at
email@example.com if you are planning to spend over $800 in our store and we will
provide you with a discount.
Product is out of stock, when will it be back?
Please check our website frequently for updates. If it is a particular time you need asap,
please contact us and we will do our best to get it for you. We are working hard on
providing the best service for our customers!
How safe is it to place an order on your site?
