CAN I SWIM/SHOWER WITH MY JEWELRY ON?
No, we suggest always taking off your jewels before swimming or showering. This will ensure that your plating lasts for as long as possible and your jewels stay sparkly. Crystals, in particular, will dill if exposed to chlorine and/or salt water.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY JEWELRY?
Our jewelry can be simply cleaned using a polishing cloth or jewelry cleansing solution. Do not use tissue paper or paper towels as it may cause scratches. Our favorite jewelry cleaning solution and polishing cloths are available for purchase through our website.
CAN YOU CREATE CUSTOMIZED PIECES?
While we cannot make any changes to the current designs of our jewelry, we DO ACCEPT customized order requests. Please send us an email at email@example.com or via our Contact form with detailed information or pictures on your customized design. We will try our best to see if we can design or find what you’re looking for!

MY TRACKING DOESN’T WORK, WHAT DO I DO?
Don’t worry, tracking information will usually show within 5 business days. If you are still not able to track your order after this time, please contact us.
WHY DID I RECEIVE ONLY PART OF MY ORDER?
Items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages due to unforeseen logistical reasons. It is possible to receive your remaining item(s) several days (or in rare cases weeks) apart.
THE TRACKING SAYS “DELIVERED” BUT I NEVER GOT MY PRODUCT.
Please reach out to your local post office or neighbors to see if they have any packages under your name. If your packaged was sent back to our warehouse, we will notify you by email immediately.
