Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled or changed within 6 hours. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order,
please contact us immediately within 6 hours following payment.

Once your order is placed, we work with an automated fulfillment partner that begins packaging and preparation for shipment almost
immediately. After the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing). Please email us at tidymoodco@gmail.com
    and we will attempt to expedite the order or accept a cancellation.
  • You receive the an incorrect or damaged item. Please send us a quick photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s) you received to
    tidymoodco@gmail.com and we will replace the product right away, free of charge.
  • You do not want the product you have received. We will gladly accept returns for unused items within 10 days of product receipt. The item(s)
    must be sent back in original condition at your expense. Once we have received the item, a refund will be issued within 14 business days.

We do not issue refunds if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control.
    • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” or has been
      considered undeliverable for any reason by the mail courier, we will notify you by email.
    • If the tracking number of the package shows that the package has been delivered to the wrong address you provided us, we are
      not responsible for any further actions.
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, please contact us first at tidymoodco@gmail.com within 10 days of package
receipt so we can get it sorted out for you. Please keep in mind you are liable for any decrease in the product’s value resulting from
the use of the product upon return back to our warehouse.

*You can submit refund requests within 10 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by
sending a message on Contact Us page or emailing us at tidymoodco@gmail.com.
