Shipping & Delivery
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our fulfillment centers in the USA and Asia by either ePacket, EMS, DHL, or USPS courier services, and will usually be shipped directly to you door or in some cases will be available for pickup at your local post office.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay additional fees.

Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated time frame, delivery dates are not guaranteed. We will do our best to ensure your order is delivered safely and timely, but are not held responsible for late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstanced beyond our control.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. However, sometimes tracking is not available due to free shipping.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please do not worry, it is common to receive your remaining item(s) several days (or in rare cases weeks) apart.
In some circumstances, packages may take up to 3-5 weeks to arrive due to weather conditions, backorders, or holidays. If your tracking order has not been updated after 5-9 days, it is possible the item is on backorder. In this case, please message us at email@example.com.
